Best service in Town! I took my 2013 Dodge Charger in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted with a frien I took my 2013 Dodge Charger in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday morning. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, but stated I did not have an appointment. Kelly Eylander stated that was not a problem and she would get the work done for me. While writing up the work order, she also alerted me that there was a safety recall on my car for a defective airbag, and that she would see that corrected as well. When the work was finished, Kelly called me to tell me my car was ready to be picked up and the total amount I owed. When I arrived at Thomas Dodge to get my car and, to my surprise, Kelly applied an oil change coupon saving me $5.00 AND had my car washed and waiting out front ready to go. I could not have been more pleased. Kudos to Kelly, Brian Gain, Kelli Henderson, Paul Nelson and the excellent mechanics who make getting your car serviced at Thomas Dodge a terrific experience! What Diagnostic I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Thomas because I purchased it there, as well as my previous Jeep. The administration has definitely changed. I I took my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Thomas because I purchased it there, as well as my previous Jeep. The administration has definitely changed. I TOLD the service man that I needed a wheel hub on the front passenger wheel and there’s a noise coming from the rear. I was charged $35/day for a rental. They kept it, diagnosed it. I was told they couldn’t determine what was going on in the rear of the truck, it could be a couple of things...they would need to take it apart to figure it out, but whatever it could be may be about $2100. I was also told I needed a wheel hub, which I explained upon my arrival. After deciding that they had NO CLUE what was wrong with the car, I decided to pick it up. At that time I was told I would only be charged for “one” diagnostic because I need a wheel hub. He said they wouldn’t charge me for the 2nd diagnostic for not being able to diagnose the issue in the rear. Wait....how many diagnostic test are ran when you take your car for service????? What if I had no clue what was wrong would they had charged me for hundreds of diagnostic tests before they figured it out? Why would they charge me to tell me what I told them, but not solve the reason I went for service? Typical get over on you dealership. My car was never even looked at just listened to... he did knock off one day of car rental, lucky me. Oh and they never did the recall that he said I needed in the beginning, guess it was too free. DONT TAKE YOUR JEEP TO THOMAS for service unless you have money to throw away! More
