This was my first service visit here and I was NOT disappoint I stopped in for an oil change without an appointment and was taken care of immediately! After pulling my vehicle into the service bay, I was invited into an office and taken care of by one of the friendliest service advisor I think I have ever dealt with. After getting written up I was pointed to a waiting area where I was barely able to get comfortable before being met again by my service advisor telling me my oil change was already finished. I have never been to this location without having some sort of problem or waiting for a 2 hour oil chang It was the best service I have ever recieved. They never before told me a quote time. It was fast, it was about 50 minutes before I was in my car again. She was very nice and told me everything she was doing and spoke to me with respect. Trans problem , A/C line cracked Kelly Henderson had Mechanic take a ride with me night before while car was stuck in fail safe for trans. Maintenance Overall the service was very good until I picked up the vehicle. I was handed my keys and told my vehicle was out front.
