The intake for drop off was quick and handled professionally in order to replacement of a factory recall. I had a service drop-off, but of I had known by the time I arrived home I would receive a call that my vehicle was ready I could have waited at the dealership! Never expected such quick service! After returning to pick up my vehicle, I was told that a change in my personal info on record would take several steps to correct. Paul however, took care of the information in a matter of seconds. My entire visit from arrival to pick up was handled very professionally. Thank you Paul! More
