Working Together Vehicle still have issues even though was in shop twice. We thought the Throttle position sensor was to be replaced Chrysler Dodge stated it was the P Vehicle still have issues even though was in shop twice. We thought the Throttle position sensor was to be replaced Chrysler Dodge stated it was the PVC and vacuum issue due to oil leaking. We have been bring our vehicle to shop for oil change you would think they would have known but at same time a car is a car this cost 600.00 that was a lot of moneyplus brakes needed to be changed and they wanted around a grand if we received that, it was not in budget. Unorganized and Unfriendly Honestly I called and made the appointment for a new vehicle that I did not buy from this dealer and they made me feel unwelcomed. Despite registering on the phone for 20 minutes when I made the appointment I had to go through the entire process again and it took 30 minutes in person. Get your stuff together!!! When I exited the vehicle I was asked to step into the middle room. A girl was working and speaking with an associate and did not greet me. After an awkward 2-3 minutes she rudely told me she's busy and to step out and someone else would help me. A gentlemen did help me but seemed not trained because he had to go get the rude/unfriendly girl that didn't help me in the first place. When I picked up my vehicle the porter took 25 minutes getting my vehicle pulled around from the back. I will NOT be using them anymore even though they are the closest preferred provider for my company's fleet vehicle maintenance. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL SAVE TIME DRIVING FURTHER AND GET BETTER SERVICE. More
