Good customer service, pushy on financing Well to start I was greeted at the door as soon as I got out of my car by lane, and told him I was thinking about trading my car in. We got a quick rough estimate of my cars trade in worth. I didnt agree told him I needed more towards 20 if i was going to do it. Then we checked out the jeep he offered a test drive even though it was close to closing. I said I would come back monday then. But he insisted on staying and taking care of me. So later on we got back Inside I liked the car we started talking financing, and I got quated some pretty steep aprs. Was also told that interest rates had gone up and that I wouldn't be able to touch and rates in the 4% bracket like I said i would like. I wasnt going to go over 5%. And it got rather pushy at that point about selling their car. I told them I would go to my trusted credit union and see if they can do a better job at apr and terms. And the beat what the dealer offered by much more then I expected. I got a interest rate half of what the dealer said, and a term of 5 years. But the part that started to make me angry was when I went in with the check from the credit union to pay for the car and they asked if I wanted to see if they can beat it I said no. But damn near an hour later they kept trying to beat it. I wish they would of listened at that point when I said no I was fine with what I got from the credit union. And didnt tay to pursue it any longer. I was pushing it with time before I had to work and with them dragging it out was frustrating. But over all I miss my car a LOT but I am very happy with the purchase and in the future I could come back but that wont be for years to come hopefully! More
