Service department issues The service department needs to get their act together. The service advisor working on my issue was off the day I was scheduled to bring my vehicle The service department needs to get their act together. The service advisor working on my issue was off the day I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in for service. 1 - The service advisor checking me in that day didn't have a clue of what was needed to be done 2 - my vehicle was there all day and no one called me to tell me it was ready, I finally called them at 3:30 to find that the car was ready 3- no one reviewed with me what was done on the vehicle I was just instructed to go to the cashier to sign my documents and get my keys. When I questioned what had been done, the service advisor had no idea what was done. They need to take some lessons from Team Toyota on how to treat their service customers!!! More
