Finally a dealership that makes buying a car almost 100% stress free. My sales associate was very courteous to my needs and extremely patient with me and all my questions. I have never bought a car from a dealer who gave you a lifetime warranty on the vehicles for FREE! Then, for the first time in 23 previous car purchases/leases I met with Tim, the finance guy, who was NOT a fake and artificial person who pretended he worked so hard on getting your loan approved having great credit. Usually, they act is if they did all this work for you and that they were your best friend since childhood with their fake smiles and bs lines they use. This is stereotypical of the finance guys in this industry and I apologize about this line, but I felt it to be important to note that Tim was NOT this guy! Brian had all of our stuff ready to go as I let him know I was someone who did not have a lot of time or patience. Believe me, I was no peach to deal with, but Brian was kind in every facet with me even though I would text him when I happened to think of another question to ask. Their no hassle car price like carmax was nice and the fact their cars are priced lower than a carmax off the bat WITH that lifetime warranty was well worth my trip from Chicago down to Indiana to make this purchase. If you are thinking about a car purchase here I highly suggest you make your move and stop debating because you're only wasting precious time.
