Tony Turco worked with us for a good month or more in an effort to obtain the vehicle we wanted, at the price we were willing to pay. Out of all the dealers we called, Tony gave us the best price for a very effort to obtain the vehicle we wanted, at the price we were willing to pay. In addition, Tony worked with a dealer in Clinton IL to get the truck we wanted, including putting in a call to the Regional Manager. Tony was knowledge and enthusiastic and we appreciate the effort he made to get us the truck we wanted. John and George were super friendly and helpful during the process. Because the truck was obtained from another dealer, the process took several days to complete and John and George filled in for each other if one was unavailable. This worked out great for us as we then had 3 points of contact during the process. The cashier - Michelle - was very friendly. We dealt with her on 2 separate occasions and she was polite with a big smile. I recall that she started working at the dealership in June. She even came out to the parking lot to see the truck because she had not seen one like it before. John, George and Michelle are all just a nice group of young people doing great job at the dealership. I would like to see more young people like that everywhere. This dealership was open on Labor Day while the dealer across the street from me in Kokomo was not. Since I live about 3 hours from this dealer, I called ahead and John confirmed that the vehicle I wanted was available, I gave him my arrival time and he greeted me with enthusiasm and courtesy.
