The Sales Rep, Brandon, was friendly but not proactive. He didn't appear as knowledgeable on the vehicle but was willing to find out the answer to my questions. He could have been more responsive. When he said Thomas Dodge was a non negotiating dealership, I said then it was misleading to include the $750 rebate in the "one price". He said most of their buyers have previously bought a Dodge and therefore would be eligible for the rebate. Well I hadn't purchased a Dodge previously, then was told the $750 woud be added back in to the "one price". I find that very misleading. My sales rep Brandon was meant to call me the day I was to pick up my car but when he didn't call me I rang the dealership to be told he was away that day. I left a message for the Sales Manager, Tony, to contact me about picking up my car. I never heard from him so rang again that evening and spoke to someone else. I was a cash buyer but left a message for Nady with some questions but was very disappointed that he did not phone me back. When I did pick up the car, the service manager said he knew I had a rough experience. If I hadn't been pressured by time to purchase I would have walked away from Thomas Dodge. More

My parents have bought a couple vehicles from Thomas Dodge and have always been satisfied with the experience there. He was dealing with another customer but checked on me several times and apologized for the small wait I was experiencing. Brian was a very knowledgeable and easy going guy. I never got the sense I was being pressured into anything. Tony Turco helped me secure financing, and I got a great deal on a great car. We came to Thomas on the recommendation of my sister and brother in law who also had a great experience a while ago. We arrived on a Friday evening and looked around at the used cars. We had a good idea of what we wanted price wise and what we needed in terms of mpg and mileage on a used vehicle. George was able to tell us exactly which vehicles met our specifications without a second thought. He directed us to three and we test drove each of them. Despite a driving rain storm he ran to get each car and returned to the front door for us to test drive them. We narrowed it down to two and then decided to come back the next morning. George made us feel comfortable with the process and did not pressure us to make a decision that evening. The next day we came back and had our kids. We were running a little late for the time we set up, so George called us to make sure that everything was ok and see if we had any other questions. We arrived and test drove two of the three cars we had the night before, this time in slightly better weather and were able to make a decision, He answered all of the questions we had and was able to find the answer to a question that he did not have the answer to. We had our kids with us this time, so he made sure everything went smoothly. At that point we worked with Tim on financing and he was able to explain everything and he also listened to exactly what we needed. He was able to complete his side of things quickly and was able to work things out to get the payment that we needed. He was very through and really had our best interest in mind. We would recommend Thomas to anyone and that they work with either of these guys. More
