Well, they did. Late that Tuesday afternoon, I called and spoke to Pat Kubacki in Parts who was able to secure the part I needed and promised to have it there the next morning, which it was. Jamie Teslow in Service ensured that the new fob was properly programed and had my car ready early on Wednesday afternoon. Both gentleman were patient and understanding of my need to get back home for the holiday. They exceeded my expectations and were so kind in the process. I would definitely recommend Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a great service oriented dealership. There's more than one reason I've driven a Chrysler for so many years. Until recently, I dealt with a Service Advisor that to me should not be in customer. I don't know if it was personal or what but I had I had 3 encounters with this individual that made me feel it had to be personal. However I kept things professional. Long story short I was so upset that I spoke with Brian Gain who immediately offered solutions. When I came back the 3rd time I was greeted by Kelli Henderson who was an absolute professional. She went above and beyond to make my visit amazing! There was major work that was needed that was taken care of. Kelli even offered to discount me on work that would be needed if I received the work while they were working on the current issue.
