SERVICE I have scheduled my appointments with Keli Henderson for quite some time now, and is the service rep I feel most comfortable with. I have come to be I have scheduled my appointments with Keli Henderson for quite some time now, and is the service rep I feel most comfortable with. I have come to be able to trust what she tells me, and what service I need. She has gone above and beyond to help me out. She is very polite and courteous. Brian Gain also went above and beyond to help me out. Also very polite and courteous. I have dealt with many service centers, but this one is by far the best one. My only complaint is with being able to schedule an appointment by phone. It has literally taken me 3 days to be able to schedule one, And on more than one occasion Most aggravating More

Never Again Though I’ve taken my car here for years, I know I will not be returning. My appointment for an oil change with tire rotation was at 10:30, and at 2pm Though I’ve taken my car here for years, I know I will not be returning. My appointment for an oil change with tire rotation was at 10:30, and at 2pm I had to call the service center to check up on my vehicle’s progress. My first phone call resulted in being transferred multiple times and eventually hung up on. The initial man I spoke with was curt and rude, stating “Well we told you it’d be a couple hours.” In actuality, I had never spoken to him specifically and my vehicle had already been there for four hours. My second call was placed 15 minutes later, and I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes waiting to speak to the individual handling my vehicle. Flustered, the woman told me my car would be done in 10 minutes and I could head on over. There were no problems with my vehicle that may have warranted a half day visit to the service department. After cashing out, I was given my keys. I went outside and my vehicle was nowhere to be seen. I had to return to the service desk to inquire about my car’s location, and the person I spoke to couldn’t even look into it, but rather directed me back to the same woman initially handling my appointment. Though surprised I couldn’t find my car, she took my keys and called someone to fetch it for me...which took another 15 minutes. The entire ordeal was awful. No simple oil change should take almost 5 hours of your day! The lack of organization and empathy was evident, and I am extremely disappointed in this service location. More

Thomas Dodge is the only place I trust for all of my vehicle service, parts, and new/used car purchases. I have purchased 11 vehicles so far and have always been treated well. The entire staff goes out of their way to help in any way they can. More

Took care of me on a busy Saturday, but no car wash They got me in an out with a pretty easy 2nd key fob purchase and programming with the only delay being that it was lunch time. I know they throw it in for no extra charge sometimes and I'm not sure the porters were that busy. When you're paying full dealer prices, the little things go a long way. Otherwise, people were nice and friendly and there was free popcorn and water/coffee. More
