Wait...Wait...Wait Pulled in, waited 10 minutes to be greeted. No update on vehicle status. 1 hour 45 minutes later, vehicle done, oil change, 15 minutes went by, had to Pulled in, waited 10 minutes to be greeted. No update on vehicle status. 1 hour 45 minutes later, vehicle done, oil change, 15 minutes went by, had to ask for my vehicle. Instead of getting their customers out, they would rather take care of new ones. Always on phone. Not very customer friendly. More
Too slow for just tires Just purchased a vehicle and the salesman said it's important to keep the nitrogen even for a balanced right. When I got home I notices two opposite tires were higher than the other two. Russel from sales called to check up on things and I mentioned the tires. He said no problem bring it in anytime and we'll get them filled right away. Just come anytime when service is open. On a Friday at 15 minutes before closing time you wouldn't think it was a big dealt to even out the nitrogen tire press. They were too busy and close to quitting time and asked if I could come back Mon, Tues, Wed. I agreed to 7:30 am since the person told me they would get me right in. There is a dig difference between right in for me and an hour later for checking tires. Nitrogen filled tires are new to as it came with the new purchase already in them so maybe it's lack of knowledge. But the car was completed 50 minutes later and had to wait another 15 for someone to come tell me it was done. As my review says, too slow for me to just fill and check tires "Right away" More

The service advisor working on my issue was off the day I was scheduled to bring my vehicle The service department needs to get their act together. The service advisor working on my issue was off the day I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in for service. 1 - The service advisor checking me in that day didn't have a clue of what was needed to be done 2 - my vehicle was there all day and no one called me to tell me it was ready, I finally called them at 3:30 to find that the car was ready 3- no one reviewed with me what was done on the vehicle I was just instructed to go to the cashier to sign my documents and get my keys. When I questioned what had been done, the service advisor had no idea what was done. They need to take some lessons from Team Toyota on how to treat their service customers!!! More
Very disappointed So disappointed with the service I received today. I know they get busy before a holiday so I was at the dealership at 8 am to drop off for an oil c So disappointed with the service I received today. I know they get busy before a holiday so I was at the dealership at 8 am to drop off for an oil change. I asked how long and James the service advisor said not long. I asked if it would be done by noon. He said yes. Well at 3pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told James wasn’t available and he would call me because my car wasn’t done. 45 minutes passed and I did not get a return call. I called and waited for 7 minutes before the call was even answered. Again James wasn’t available but the person who answered took the time to find out that my car was finally ready and James was finishing up the paper work. When I got there I was charged for tire rotation that I hadn’t been charged for previously. When I questioned it I had to wait for the advisor to come out and he said i was out of fire roarions but still had the oil changes in my plan. I asked why I wasn’t told when I dropped it off, he had no answer just that the amount was due. Never apologized for the ridiculously long wait for my car and seemed indifferent. While this was going on another couple were having their own issue with being charged $70 for a diagnostic test that they were not informed of a charge on ahead of time. I’ll be in the market of a new car soon and I doubt I will be buying it through Thomas. My daughter, my son, and I have spent a lot of money over the years but I think it is time to find a new dealer More
