Excellent! I stopped in at the dealership without an appointment or calling ahead. A salesperson was out with me within 5 minutes of being on the lot. I then proceeded to test drive the car, when I got back Patrick was more than efficient with helping me answer my questions about not only the car but insurance, payments, and maintaining the car. Poor service on airbag recall When I called to get my airbag recall taken care of the service team told me they did not have parts and had no idea when they would have them. When I told her this was unacceptable she downplayed the danger saying "it is only a problem if you have an accident!" Beyond words. Got an appointment for then next morning at a competing dealer in Winchester. Never again! More
