Thank you John. I appreciate the email. I am not looking for anything here----I just want you to know we are previous customers & also took my mom to get a car from Thomas Kia. After yesterdays dealing with that sales manager I will never buy from Thomas again, nor will I support family or friends to buy from them either. As I said in an earlier e-mail, the only way that guy should keep his job is if he is Thomas' son. I want you to know I am not normally a complainer & RARELY if ever show my anger---I was so angry yesterday. My husband didn't say a word until about 5 hours later & then he said..'you know,I can't believe what a dick that sales guy was & that he ran us down in the parking lot & continued to badger us--& then tell us to F#@* get our facts straight---he is nuts" I emailed Cheryl the Thomas Kia interent sales person I had been talking with. She has the original angry email if you would like it---it was purely a venting & an FYI about your staff. If you'd like to call or email feel free to do so. again want to say sorry for what happen. the sales manager is new and we will have a talk with him as we dont do business this way as you know being a previous customer and want to make it up to you with a free oil change and a detail on your vehicle as well.. and if you are looking to trade in your car we will get with the general manager and give you a special deal on top of it... we want all our customer happy and satisfied ..
