I have always received great service at Thomas Kia. I initially started with Neddie and I was so pleased with the time and attention that I received from him; that I continued coming to Highland, IN even after moving to OakLawn, IL. Richard Obac was my advisor during this visit and he has continued the tradition of great service and professionalism. Neddie also said hello when he saw me in the waiting room. The location is always clean and there's always hot popcorn and cookies.

"Lack of Communication"

Every experience up to this one has been a 5-Star rating! This time I dealt w/Kim who ordered a replacement tire for my vehicle and NEVER advised me there would be a cost associated to replace it! Her explanation was to falsify the fact my tires were 2 year old. When I corrected her she then stated - "the tires have over 31000 miles!" Really! Not making the customer aware of cost associated with their vehicle is somehow ok by attempting to lie when confronted with her lack of communication? I was quite disappointed with the shenanigan. However, to the rescue was Neddie (the Service Manager) who quickly fixed the problem and another 5-Star rating was given.

service people were polite, informative and wanted to help me understand the service requirements of my vehicle. I explained to Rich that I put very few miles on my vehicles and may be a little tardy by time to service vehicle but will follow miles traveled instead.
