This had been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I've ever encountered with a company. From having my car for 151 days, the incredible lack of communication, leaving voice messages never experience I've ever encountered with a company. I love my Kia but this experience makes it very discouraging to purchase another going forward and especially cautious of returning to this location. More
