Overlooked responded

Your service department is messing up your sales department because the service department is very slow with repairs and follow-up communications. I don't think I'll every buy another vehicle from this dealership because the service department is lacking as far as responding in a timely manner. I'm afraid to take my car in for repairs because they never return it to me when they say. Neither did I get a follow-up call, but they said they would.
