Took my Telluride to get serviced for multiple things at once. After telling the service representative about the extra tire protection that was purchased as well as electrical. They first failed to properly quote me for what was actually needed and then gave me a hard time with replacing what needed to be replaced through protection agreements. I hate this place. I went to purchase a car from them and they never disclosed anything being wrong with the vehicle. I asked if they would drop the price because I did I went to purchase a car from them and they never disclosed anything being wrong with the vehicle. I asked if they would drop the price because I didn't have enough for what they were asking. They said no. I told them I would return on Friday to purchase the vehicle. This was the biggest mistake ever. I purchased the car the car ran for 5 days and died. I couldn't even get the car registered because it is no mobile. I would have to pay to tow it to and from the BMV. I let them know 3 days after purchase. The told me it is as is and then tried to have me sign a paper saying I will cover all item at my own expense because I asked to see the original contract that I signed. They just wanted the sale.
