Almost like being at the doctor Didn't have the heart to rate 1 star. Came in for an oil change scheduled for 7:00 AM. Left at 8:40. Rich was helpful with questions, but I found it r Didn't have the heart to rate 1 star. Came in for an oil change scheduled for 7:00 AM. Left at 8:40. Rich was helpful with questions, but I found it ridiculous for them to schedule 9 customers for 7:00 appointments with 2 or 3 technicians. I do plan on getting my maintenance done there, but never again will I come for a oil change. More
