Great Experience Last Saturday, I purchased my 7th Kia, and had my first experience at Thomas. Being a single father, my time is very limited, my 5 year old had a birthday party to get to, and we only had about an hour until we had to get on the road. I was very upfront and transparent with what I was looking for, and Sam jumped all over it right away and made sure it was a quick and simple process. They had exactly what I was looking for and made sure the application process went quick and smooth. We left for the birthday party and they made sure everything would be 100% ready to go as soon as we left the party. We returned to the dealership to pick up the new Sorento and it literally only took us about 20 minutes, with the majority of that time moving stuff over from my old Sportage. Both Sam and Chris did an outstanding job and provided top notch service. I will definitely be back More
