Call center appointments I called the call center to make my service appointment which was for a Saturday and the rep gave me a 7:00am appointment. THE SERVICE CENTER DIDN’T O I called the call center to make my service appointment which was for a Saturday and the rep gave me a 7:00am appointment. THE SERVICE CENTER DIDN’T OPEN UNTIL 8!!! I say for an hour waiting. I called the call center while I was waiting and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I’d have to wait for the service department to open. Once they did open, they didn’t even gave an appointment for me. Thomas was wonderful and got me in and out and apologized but the call center needs a lot of improvement. More
