I am highly disappointed in the care I received from you last Friday, April 11, 2025. The problem was the car shaking. When all systems was checked, Jacob called me to said that the shaking was caused by th last Friday, April 11, 2025. The problem was the car shaking. When all systems was checked, Jacob called me to said that the shaking was caused by the car, Kia Forte needing spark plugs and fuel injection. I paid $500 something to get the car fixed. I’m a senior on a fixed income. I don’t have money to waste. Upon living no one walked me to my car as they always did. Now I no why! The car still shakes to a lot!!! From what Jacob told me, that the car would stop shaking if I get the spark plugs!! Now he says I need a Cataliter Converter!!! I cannot afford guessing games! Don’t tell a customer that the problem will be resolved and it’s not resolved!! I have bought 2 cars from you! This is terrible!! I hope that the new spark plugs have been placed!!!
