Fine experience with recall service I bought my car at this dealership and return for warranty service. In this case the car was subject to a recall. The service advisor drove my car int I bought my car at this dealership and return for warranty service. In this case the car was subject to a recall. The service advisor drove my car into the service bay personally, answered my questions, and had me on my way in less time than promised. They even offered to wash the car (I declined, it was raining). Had I known that Briggete Bardot worked here, I would have sought her out 😁 More

Cant get it right No matter how many times i go here they always screw up. They promised me mats from when I bought my car 6 months ago. They finaly have then went to No matter how many times i go here they always screw up. They promised me mats from when I bought my car 6 months ago. They finaly have then went to get then installed and oil change and they said they couldn't install the mats due to then being too busy. I get home and start changing them then realize they are the wrong mats. I call then back say I need to tall to some one else. They tried putting the mats in because the packaging is opened up. Its not sealed they just saw that it wasn't for the car told me.they couldn't do it and sent me on my way. Pathetic, everytime at this place. More

Very professional. Done in a timely manner. I was approved at Thomas Kia in Highland. John was my sales rep and he was awesome. He was very honest and real with me as far as my options.
