I obviously wanted a fair deal, meaning that I wasn’t going into it wanting to be taken advantage of nor did I want to try and take advantage of a deal just for a “great price.” The entire experience is and was more important to me since we’ll be returning to the dealership for vehicle service. Thomas Lugo was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly not pushy. He helped us to find what we liked instead of just wanting to sell us a car and that is why we chose to buy from Thomas Kia.
