Car still not fixed and no one will do anything to help The third time my car has not started Kia has no fix can't get anyone to help me resolve this. It's sad that Kia doesn't not back their product. Plus The third time my car has not started Kia has no fix can't get anyone to help me resolve this. It's sad that Kia doesn't not back their product. Plus I'm out a cab fare to airport and rental car to drive around while my car was in the shop. Straight up was asked why was your car towed here again. I will never buy a Kia again nor will my family and most of my close friends. No one wants to help or talk to me about this issue with the car. Consumer affairs blows me off like I don't exist. I really don't understand how Kia is still in business when you don't live up to your end of a contract. More

First service visit Was my first service visit with my preowned Kia, besides an oil change taking 1 1/2 hours, my biggest complaint is the TV and music were to loud!
