Great service & Neddi was cheerful and helpful!! 10/10 Kia has been exceptional in their service dept the last 2 times I had to use them. It makes the cost less painful! The Best OMG they were so friendly. I didn't have to wait at the door long at all. I waited maybe 35 seconds and most of that was the door opening up. They wer OMG they were so friendly. Great communication and follow up with car in service My 2017 Kia Sportage had an unexpected malfunction with the knock sensor and had to be in the shop for 41 days. He was very thorough at explaining the process every time we spoke and made sure I was completely satisfied with my rental. Poor maintenance service I have had an ongoing problem with the hatchback on my truck not properly opening that could not be fixed because the problem would not duplicate whil I have had an ongoing problem with the hatchback on my truck not properly opening that could not be fixed because the problem would not duplicate while I was at the dealership. On 2/27/19 the problem duplicated while I was at the dealership and the manager of the service department Neddie saw it duplicate and opened the hatchback with his hand and said it didn't open with the key fob because the car was on. He knew about the problem from the start and didn't say leave it si we can test it because it just duplicated. I dont think Neddie knows what he's doing. More
