Service dept I went for my 15,000 mile service. I told him that I ONLY want what is MANDATORY to keep my warranty active. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, i I went for my 15,000 mile service. I told him that I ONLY want what is MANDATORY to keep my warranty active. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, it turns out they added on an optional package that costed 130.00. My fiance talked to the guy and asked why he added it on. He explained that he did it due to not having many miles on the car for how long Ive owned it. They should not be adding 130 dollars worth of work, when I never asked for it. More

sensor lights Brought my vehicle in to resolve problem of all sensor lights illuminating. They checked it out and determined I needed a oil change, fuel lines clean Brought my vehicle in to resolve problem of all sensor lights illuminating. I had just gotten an oil chang the day before my repair appointment, i wasn’t going to argue, I thought my situation had been resolved. Today, all my sensor lights are on and I am not sure if I should go back or visit another Kia dealer. I am thinking Chevy next time. More
