I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a new car here early last year. They recently robocalled me, which got me to thinking about the poor service I received from them and how I purchased a new car here early last year. They recently robocalled me, which got me to thinking about the poor service I received from them and how I actually never left a review here. The dealership was late in getting the paperwork submitted to the BMV, and as a result my temporary registration expired. I couldn't use my car for a week, and I had to pay late fees to the BMV when the the dealership finally sorted out their mess. A week prior to the registration expiring I called Thomas Kia, and they told me that if it does expire they would extend it. Unfortunately, I went in the day before it expired and was very tactfully called a liar when I brought up the promise made in the phone call. The dealership pretended that the conversation on the phone never happened, and that there was nothing that they could do for me. Of course, Mohammed at the dealership tried to tell me that it was no big deal to drive on expired registration, that the police would be sure to understand and that I would be okay if I were pulled over. Sure... Let me ask you - what do the documentation fees go toward, if not timely processing of the paperwork? Of course, no apology or any admission of guilt by the dealership. After all, they had already sold me a vehicle, and who cares about the customer after that? So far I've had good luck at getting my oil change and service at another dealership. The car itself is wonderful, and I'd recommend Kia vehicles to anybody. Of course, I'd recommend steering clear of Thomas Kia. More
