We asked to take our new tires off the van we had just traded in, we were told no. So, not even a week into buying a $15k car with warranties, etc. we were forced to drop $700 on new tires. Thomas shouldn’t sell cars with bald tires- but we are hoping this is the only surprise need for a while. Otherwise, the shopping and buying experience was positive. More

Oil change and tire installation. Customer service was excellent from all staff involved. Kim (Service department) and Tiffany (Payment center) were helpful and kind in handling the adjustment of my bill. However, it was after only after I got home, (was preoccupied with family matter) it appears the car was not washed. I was somewhat disappointed, but I feel if I had made mention of it before I left, the car would have been washed. I've dealt with Thomas Kia for six years and I value the employees and their expertise. More
