Great hospitality, poor turnaround time Overall experience was not bad, it took over 2 hours for my service. I was the 3rd appointment of the day. I got an oil change, and tire rotation th Overall experience was not bad, it took over 2 hours for my service. I was the 3rd appointment of the day. I got an oil change, and tire rotation these are standard services that should be done in an hour or less. I was told total time would be an hour to 1.5 hours. The customer service and hospitality of the crew was great. This will impact my future appointment visits. I could go to a service center closer to my home and spent less time waiting. More

Bought a new car Was way upside down on my car. Came in just to see if it was possible to get anything at all. Ended up leaving with a brand new 2019 forte and I could Was way upside down on my car.
