Top Notch Service I am a long time KIA owner, purchasing my first KIA Optima in 2003 and a couple new ones since from Thomas KIA. I generally go to the dealership with I am a long time KIA owner, purchasing my first KIA Optima in 2003 and a couple new ones since from Thomas KIA. I generally go to the dealership with any service needs and this time I was experiencing some difficulty with my AC. Keeping a long story short, my time is very limited due to my long commute and work hours. Neddie Burkes has gone above and beyond what I would consider just accommodating my needs. Providing me personalized service in person or over the phone, he is quick to explain any issues I may have and cover the resolution and costs with me. He has made me feel that I am getting special treatment when he handles me/my auto needs with courtesy, friendliness and respect. If I do once again buy yet another Optima, I would buy from this dealership because of Neddie.
