We had some questions about the used car we were looking at and they even allowed us to have it checked out by our personal mechanic to give us peace of mind. Once we settled on deal, the process was swift and painless. We could not believe how courteous and efficient the entire process was. Jim Knizek in Finance was the same way - very personable, informative and very helpful. He did everything he could to get us the best possible financing and more. We are very grateful for the extra effort he put into our sale. Thank you to Jose and Jim - we have shared our personal story with friends and family. Rude managers horrible wait time I bought a car from Kia and they tried charging me $3000 more than the sticker price saying they put the wrong sticker on the car. Every time I try to get my free car wash it takes over an hour. They gave me my oil change and forgot to reset something then when I came back they told me it would take five minutes and they were sorry they made a mistake but then after an hour they sent me to another dealership bc they said they didn't know how to fix the issues. When a sales man shook my hand his cigarette smell rubbed off on my hand and after washing my hands twice I still smelled like cigarettes. More

He listened and told me that the car I was interested in would not be the one I would like. He gave me 3 other options and pros and cons of each one. Never meeting the guy I could tell he was very honest, sincere, and in tune with specifically what I needed. I told him I did not want to drive 150 miles for a wasted trip and he assured me the vehicle he was recommending would work for my needs. He was right on the money! Could not be happier with this car and for the price I got I am very satisfied. I have been an educator for over 30 years and think that I have developed a very good understanding of peoples values and beliefs and I would highly recommend Mohamed and this dealership to anyone purchasing a used automobile. Poor Customer Service The experience that I received at Thomas Kia has been the WORST that I have ever received to purchase a car. The two sales representatives that helpe The experience that I received at Thomas Kia has been the WORST that I have ever received to purchase a car. The two sales representatives that helped me at this dealership were Persa and Greg. I went in hoping to purchase a 2015 Kia Optima LX and when negotiating the price of the car, I made sure to specify that I wanted the price of the car before we did anything. They came back with a piece of paper that had four different options for me to choose from and each of them had three plus signs underneath the price of the car. The two sales representatives told me that these plus signs meant the title, tax and fees were included in that price. I asked a few times to be sure and each time I was told yes. So, since I thought I was getting a good deal on the car for the price they were giving me, I decided to purchase the car. Well, once I went to sign the paperwork, the total price was completely different ($2,000 more) and I was told that the title, tax and fees were NOT included in the price they were telling me. I still took the car, but I made sure to express my concerns and frustration before I left the dealership, and asked if there is anything they can compensate me for because I was wrongfully informed about the price; however, all I was told that there is nothing they can do for me except rip up the paperwork and act like nothing happened. This just added more fuel to the fire. Long story short, after a few more other obstacles with this dealership, I did decide to return the car, which worked out for the best. I ended up going to Southlake Kia and ended up getting the same car with added extras, lower miles, and a way better, lower price with GREAT customer service. I did end up writing the General Manager of this location and although I did receive an email back with an apology as well as a free service offer, I have no intentions of visiting this dealership again. More
