Josh Baker was our salesman, he did a great job from A to Z. Josh knew the product and could answer any question. I found him pleasant and he didn’t pressure us into buying a car. I went in to only get an oil change and a break light changed. They ended up keeping my car for 3 days, charged me over a grand for a bunch of stuff I did not need and then messed up my car! They kept it changed. They ended up keeping my car for 3 days, charged me over a grand for a bunch of stuff I did not need and then messed up my car! They kept it again another 2 days after I told them that they messed it up and then they charged me for their mistake! They knew I had an exam I needed to get to so I did not have time to stay and argue about the charge. I got an e-mail and phone call checking in on my service and I complained about it both ways being promised that the head manager was going to contact me back. After reporting the issue, I waited for a week, then called again, then another week, called again, and this has been going on for over a month now! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! More
