after visiting andy duda at the dealership i was very confident he would help me find a car that i liked. we test drove the nissan altima and i loved it. i wasnt sure about buying it at first. 2 days lat confident he would help me find a car that i liked. we test drove the nissan altima and i loved it. i wasnt sure about buying it at first. 2 days later i visited multiple Nissan dealers in chicago land area and everyone of them didnt have a car i liked. After coming home from visiting those dealers i called andy duda and said i will be there in less than an hour to pick up the nissan that i test drove couple days ago. when i arrived the car was already nice and shiny and ready to drive. I was in the market for a small crossover and stopped at Thomas to meet Andy, the rep who took a call from me earlier in the day, and look at the Nissan line of Rogue and Murano. At the time I was not completely familiar with the Nissan line of vehicles besides seeing them on the road. Andy and the Thomas team made my experience fun. Andy took the time to listen, answer my questions, and then repeat all over again once my wife showed up from work an hour later. While my intention that night was not to buy a vehicle, as I had not completed all my comparisons of other models, Andy and the rest of the Thomas team made my expereince so fun, and they showed so much patience, that I knew my car shopping was over. I left that night with a new Rogue. Andy, his other peers, and Mike made my Thomas experience the best expereince I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle, and I have purchased over 10 in my lifetime. Buying a vehicle is more than the vehicle itself - it is the experience of the staff, and that was the biggest selling point for me that evening. I am so glad that I went to Thomas Nissan for my car needs. :) I originally went to this dealer to test drive a used Hyundai Tuscon that they had at their dealership for sale. As I was waiting for the needs. :) I originally went to this dealer to test drive a used Hyundai Tuscon that they had at their dealership for sale. As I was waiting for the Tuscon to be pulled around so that I could test drive it, Jeremy showed me a used Certified 2012 Nissan Rogue. I sat in it and liked what I saw so I asked if I could test drive the Rogue after I drove the Tuscon. Jeremy said "sure, no problem." As I drove the Hyundai Tuscon, I realized that it wasn't for me. Several things I didn't like about the Tuscon. However, when I drove the Nissan Rogue, I immediately was much more comfortable getting in it and driving it (this was important to me because I am partially handicapped). I loved where everything was located and I just knew that the Nissan Rogue was the car for me! :) Jeremy was so very patient with me in answering all of my questions. Jeremy never made me feel dumb for asking any questions. Jeremy never pressured me into buying a vehicle either. He gave me the information that I needed and was very kind. I also appreciated Steve in the Finance Department who explained everything with patience and kindness as well. If you are looking for a vehicle, I recommend that you check out this dealership. :) More

William and the staff at the NISSAN Dealership were most in impressive to me in the no hassle approach of which I was taken by surprise! He made me feel as if he was interested in meeting my needs and not just trying to sell me a car that I may end up not satisfied with. Your dealership and staff are exceptional and driven to satisfy your customer's. I shared with Will and the New Manager this approch removed your past history of not being customer driven. Will was very inforamtive,cordial patient with me expalning the difference in motor size and whcih one he felt would best feed my driving need. that meant alot to me and made me feel as if he wasn't out just to sell me a car that I may not have been happy with. He is the best and I have told my friends of me experience.and will recommend them to your dealership! More
