This is not a bad experience, this is a series of events without a single redeeming event to cancel the others. After the sale when looking into the meaningless insurance policy that I was conned into paying the "reduced" price of 600, I received the customer satisfaction survey. I thought, do I owe them the time/ effort to fill this out + trashed it. Back end profit schemes may be an industry standard but were not proposed/pushed at the other 2 Thomas dealers I have done business with. If I was receiving good /competent service I would not have ever made a complaint, even though I was over sold/charged at purchase. I will relate the loyalty I have given to willowbrook Ford for the opposite end of service. After purchasing a new pickup from another dealer (that could only be described as a lemon) I had the many service visits done at willowbrook, through 4 years of bs with that truck they were fast, respected my time, always took my side with ford and fixed each issue the FIRST TIME!! I was not even their customer. For that I bought 2 new vehicles from willowbrook, shopping nowhere else, even 1 after I moved to Joliet, passing 3 other ford dealers each time I returned for service. Also of course recommending this dealer to others resulting in at least 1 other sale.
