Excellent Sales Rep and customer service I would highly recommend Derwin as a sale rep. We came into the dealership for service on my husband vehicle. I decided to window shop, Derwin was i I would highly recommend Derwin as a sale rep. We came into the dealership for service on my husband vehicle. I decided to window shop, Derwin was in the showroom and showed us a rogue. We were unable to test drive the vehicle and set up an appointment with Derwin. Derwin advised the dealership did not open until 9:00 but he would be there at 8:30 we pulled into to the lot and he had the vehicle outside hood up, all doors open and ready for us. Professional Courteous Relaxed experience at Thomas Nissan I was quite please at my recent trip to Thomas Nissan of Joliet. I had brought my 2012 Nissan Sentra in for a repair and left it and took a 2015 Nissa I was quite please at my recent trip to Thomas Nissan of Joliet. I had brought my 2012 Nissan Sentra in for a repair and left it and took a 2015 Nissan Sentra as a loaner. I loved the new style of the 2015 Sentra. I had requested that my vehicle be appraised while I was gone. When I returned not only was my vehicle appraised and repaired but Sal Luca and Chris Barrera wrote me up a proposal that not only got me out of my 2012 but into a new 2015 at a monthly payment a few dollars less than what I was paying currently. I rode out the door with a new car and a smile on my face. My wife is in the market for a Rogue and they indicated that she could test drive it for a few days to make sure she likes it and we can maybe work out another deal. All in all I was quite pleased with the no hassle buying experience and the professionalism of both Sal and Chirs. Thanks again Thomas Nissan of Joliet.
