He told us what was coming next and, I believe, did everything in his power to move the process along for us. Sal was helpful during the "numbers" part of the transaction and actually helped with our decision on how to finance the vehicle in a less "painful" way than I was ready to do. His manner and expertise put us at ease during this sale. Finally, Steve was very informative and walked us through the final stage of the purchase. He was very low pressure but also very thorough in his explanation of the different packages available with the service contract. I had never visited Thomas Nissan, or any Thomas dealership for that matter, before this. I would not hesitate to go back based on this recent experience. More

VERY POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT! After many months of saving, I finally obtained a higher credit score and bought a brand new Altima! I was so excited! That excitement was quickly smothered when I noticed body damage. I brought it back to the dealer well within their "3 DAY/300 MILE" exchange policy. I was NEVER offered an exchange, instead; I was given the run around and very poor body work. Each time I returned, there was even more damage done to the car! Not once, has a member of management contacted me to make this right. Nissan Consumer Affairs has not returned my calls. I had intended to purchase another Nissan for my spouse, but given these issues~ I will NOT return to this dealer! More
