Excellent car buying experience My wife and I went to look at the Pathfinder with no intentions to purchase, just to look and potentially test drive one. Josh was very helpful with showing us new features of the Pathfinder as well as the differences between the different lines. After initially looking around, the exact model that we had built and shopped online was in stock at an excellent price so we decided to go forward with the purchase. The paperwork process was relatively painless, but with a 7 month old, any extended length of time can be difficult. I also appreciate Steve going the extra mile to ensure we received the best interest rate available, it allowed us to make a definite upgrade without spending much more a month. If and when we do decide to purchase another Nissan, we will definitely be coming back to Thomas Nissan. More

From online reviews I knew I wanted to purchase from Thomas Nissan even though I have four Nissan dealerships closer to my house. Started my car search looking for a new Rogue SV with premium & moonroof packages. My first look at Thomas's inventory showed a Rogue SV with moonroof and I decided to request an online quote anyway. Was immediately sent the requested quote, which unlike most dealerships did not include every single rebate that you might not even qualify for. Jessica Bowen sent me a follow up email and I let her know that I was looking to purchase a gray or blue SV Rogue with premium & moonroof and to let me know when one arrived. Just two days later the exact car I was looking for arrived off the truck. Was able to set up a test drive that night with Jessica & began the purchasing process. Loved the no haggle pricing, that was very fair, since I knew the entire purchase price with tax & title before I even stepped foot in the dealership. Will recommend Thomas Nissan to everyone! More

Shopping with an autistic 5 year old - no problem! Don't know what it is about my wife and I but we can't seem to shop for cars before 8:00 at night. Add to that shopping with an autistic 5 year old and your average mile-a-minute 4 year old and you can imagine the potential for disaster. From the minute we walked onto the lot Chris Barrera went out of his way to take care of us. His excellent prouct knowledge and simple, realistic portrayal of our options made selecting our 2014 Rogue an easy task. As the normal car buying process (for us anyway) tends to do, the hours ticked away with both boys getting more than a little antsy. We did not experience a single glower, stare, or even questioning glance from any of the staff at our son's outbursts (happy ones this time) or antics. Thomas Nissan is not the only business to conduct itself in this manner when dealing with special kids. I point it out here because it is appreciated each and every time we experience it. We are always concerned about how he will be seen and reacted to. It's just part of our life. Instead of heading home last night discussing ways to better prepare for such an outing with our son next time, Chris Barrera and the rest of the crew at Thomas Nissan gave us the opportunity to drive away talking about how much we love our new car.
