I worked with Chris Barrera via the internet to secure an out-the-door price. After doing some research online, I confirmed this was a fair price. When my son and I arrived at the dealership, we were met by Kevin Bombeck as Chris was working with a customer. We really didn't talk cars much with Kevin which was refreshing but discussed other stuff. Chris was great to work with and met every request I had prior to and after arriving at the dealership. After the test drive, I told him I wanted to sit a few minutes and think about it. He left me alone as did all the employers. The rest of the deal went really well. They brought up a guy from the Toyota dealership next door to process my financing as they were backed up at Nissan. While I don't remember his name, he was solid in doing his job. Ben, the sales manager, engaged us before, during and after the deal in a very friendly, positive manner. He even let us know they found a small scratch on the car and that they'll hook me up with a rental and get it fixed in the next week or so. Great experience. LOVED that these guys weren't wearing suits but jeans. If you're in the market for a Nissan, this is the place in the Joliet area. If you're out in Rockford, check out Anderson Nissan and talk with Dave Marquardt the sales manager. He's a friend of mine and recommended I come here instead of drive out to his place. I'm glad I listened. More

Moreover, they were up front with me about price, rate and payment and made the effort to keeping it well below other competition. They didn't try to hijack me into taking more features than I needed and focused on my personal requirements. I would highly recommend stopping at this dealership first before looking anywhere else to get a competitive price on what you really want. More

Big Al My boss told me to come here when my car broke down for the final time. I had no money, and still had to get to work everyday. I drive a distance and am irrationally afraid of car accidents. Big Al made 1 promise to me. He would do anything in his power to make sure I had a safe vehicle before I left at the best price he could give me. The scariest thing for a woman is to go into a car dealership without her man or father. Big Al did not take advantage of this. He knew I was nervous and fully explained everything to me. He discussed my options, prices, and made sure I was in a good fit. I needed a car that was safe. He went through the safety features and eased all of my stress. At one point I believe he made me tear up. With my not so great credit, he got me everything I needed and more in a price point I could afford. He has Josh give me my test drive. Josh was new at this position but was informative and made sure I was comfortable. Steve went above and beyond to get me the best possible rate he could! Not to mention he was as sweet as pie!! Never in my life have I ever thought car buying would be easy. Big Al, Josh, and Steve saved my butt and kept their promise! They are the true dream team!
