Our Salesperson Matt Richards was waiting for us with the car Keys in hand. He made us feel very welcome. Matt took the time to listen to us and answered our questions on the two vehicles we were interested in. He did not try to rush us at anytime.. Matt also took the time to explain every feature of the vehicles in a way we could understand his instructions and informational message. We really appreciated the customer service we were given while filling out the documents and through the finance process on the two cars we decided to purchase. The other salespersons were also very friendly even though we were working with Matt. I have already given two work colleges Thomas Nissan information.
