As a first time buyer with a not so great credit score. I was able to drive away in my new 2013 Juke. I wasn't pressured in to buying something. I was comfortable with Will. I went to the dealership at first because they had a few of the cars I was looking for. When I arrived I was greeted by Matt who explained their " No Haggle, One low price policy". When we came to look at cars at Nissan we were not intending to buy just looking. I owned a Nissan Altima for 13 years and it owed me nothing but we were ready for something new. Sergio approache intending to buy just looking. I owned a Nissan Altima for 13 years and it owed me nothing but we were ready for something new. Sergio approached us and showed us a couple of Sentra's which I was interested in but I didn't want a lot of frills so he went in the back of the building and drove out this Sentra which was right up my alley. The color was perfect, the fit was perfect and when we test drove it, it held the road and it had just what I wanted in a car. When we got back to the dealership It was a done deal...I got the new Sentra and hubby got my old Altima. I don't think I could ever buy any other brand of car. They have been super good to us and served us well. Sergio was a super salesperson...personable, no hard sell and easy transactions. Thank you Sergio...love my Sentra. More

The sales consultant Baker Wayne was very friendly and her customer service ability superb. In the first instances, we didn`t initially come to buy the vehicle,but to do window shopping,but because of his her customer service ability superb. In the area of getting approved for credit, he stayed with us as the transactions draged late into the night.
