I came to Thomas after seeing their television commercial advertising "no haggle" pricing. I ended up finding the Altima I was looking for at a price that was hundreds less than I was expecting after doing research online. They made the buying process easy for me, showing me the invoice when I requested in and providing me an offer on my trade that I was more than satisfied with. Steve in finance was great and was able to save me some more money by beating my credit union's interest rate. I was introduced to two sales managers, the general manager Mike, and the whole service department - everyone was warm, genuine, and kind and I can't wait to come for my first free oil change. Matt also took his time and make sure I understood all of the features on my car before I left, I think I know my new Altima better than I knew my Toyota that I had for 6 years :) I would recommend anyone who is looking for a revolutionary car buying experience to give Thomas Nissan a try.
