Free and time consuming Received free oil changes apart of my purchase package. Made an appointment two weeks in advanced @ 10am, I was out by 2:30pm due to parts were requir Received free oil changes apart of my purchase package. Made an appointment two weeks in advanced @ 10am, I was out by 2:30pm due to parts were required. My discord is I put in my make and model of my vehicle prior to the visit. I thought the oil change would take a hour tops. My day was altered and I couldn’t really be dropped anywhere in radius with free shuttle service. I was checked on and information was conveyed frequently. Very friendly staff and great coustmer service except for the tedious wait. I was offered extra oil changes to my package due to inconvenience. But, if the time and preparation is a reflection of service. I will have to plan in advanced to clear my day or schedule and/or just take bite the bullet and pay for service at the dealership that honors my appointment and time. More
