Long and waste of money My hour appointment turned into a 2 hour and 45 minute appointment. I also needed the nail in my tire removed. I then found out later that they didn’t even take the nail out and I was charged $15 for a guy to put air in my tire. Unacceptable! More

Thompson refused to fix the headrest due to being out of warranty. I will be following up with Dodge corporate. I will not be paying out of pocket for a repair that is the fault of Dodge. More
