Took my car there after my accident, complete run around! I actually called my salesman from when I bought the car to enlist HIS HELP! They said they did FE alignment but car sways so far to the right, I dou I actually called my salesman from when I bought the car to enlist HIS HELP! They said they did FE alignment but car sways so far to the right, I doubt it! I asked to check the noise when I turn the steering wheel Nope didnt happen! Asked that they put 4 new tires on my car, nope never happened! In even TRYING to see if my car was even ready, I got hung up on 3 times transferred to a voicemail 2 times finally I called back and got a cashier on the phone and BEGGED her to PLEASE HELP ME!! NEVER AGAIN! I wont even CONSIDER them for ANY REPAIRS on my Jeep!! I have it scheduled somewhere else now for 4 new tires and a front end alignment as well as finding out whTs grinding! My Salesman CALVIN is the BEST ever !! I want another new car and want it through Calvin,but why bother if I cant even take it to their shop when ever I have a problem, I have absolutely NO TRUST IN the BODY OR REPAIR SHOP!! More
