He shares his vast knowledge of the Lexus product line without being heavy handed. Wayne is respectful of our time and our interests. Once we zeroed in on our selection, the negotiation process (including trade in) was as cordial and productive as we've ever experienced. Wayne handled it all superbly, unlike other dealerships where the sales person hands things over to a "closer" (which we find unpleasant and often insulting). Sharon Gigliotti handled all of the "number crunching" and documentation flawlessly, providing the same exceptional level of professionalism and customer focus in a very relaxed and friendly manner. Rob Wells, the delivery specialist, did an absolutely outstanding job of demonstrating all the features of the vehicle. He answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we were totally comfortable with the vehicle before we left the dealership. They accommodated pricewise and the transaction went smoothly thanks to Sharon, finance manager. This dealership is the TOP of the line in terms of sales AND service. Every time you pull up to the front door for service, the valet person is there, smiling and ready to take your car... really sets the tone for the whole experience. It's not cheap ... but then again, it is worth it and you do get what you pay for. They really do take great care of their customers!!! P.S. David suggested a model (NX 200t) which I would not have considered otherwise since I was looking at RX or larger ... but to my surprise, I wound up purchasing what he suggested. Though I live in Richmond, Virginia, after speaking with Ryan McKinnon several times and doing a Face Time tour of the vehicle, I believed it was worth the visit to check it out. I was not disappointed! Both Ryan and Kyle Sharp provided great customer service (including a tour of the car's bells and whistles); and, with an eye for detail, turned the vehicle over to me in mint condition. Even when I encountered some warranty–related issues when I arrived back in Richmond, they immediately stepped in without hesitation to work with the Audi dealership here to get everything resolved.
