They accommodated pricewise and the transaction went smoothly thanks to Sharon, finance manager. This dealership is the TOP of the line in terms of sales AND service. Every time you pull up to the front door for service, the valet person is there, smiling and ready to take your car... really sets the tone for the whole experience. It's not cheap ... but then again, it is worth it and you do get what you pay for. They really do take great care of their customers!!! P.S. David suggested a model (NX 200t) which I would not have considered otherwise since I was looking at RX or larger ... but to my surprise, I wound up purchasing what he suggested. Understanding your customers' needs is an art form. Thank you David! More

Though I live in Richmond, Virginia, after speaking with Ryan McKinnon several times and doing a Face Time tour of the vehicle, I believed it was worth the visit to check it out. I was not disappointed! Both Ryan and Kyle Sharp provided great customer service (including a tour of the car's bells and whistles); and, with an eye for detail, turned the vehicle over to me in mint condition. Even when I encountered some warranty–related issues when I arrived back in Richmond, they immediately stepped in without hesitation to work with the Audi dealership here to get everything resolved. I could not have been more pleased! Thompson Lexus, Ryan and Kyle excel in customer service and are at the top of their game. Thanks guys! More

From the start it was obvious this dealership treated their customers a little differently than other stores. Showroom experience was very first rate - very relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to "buy today". Heather McDowell was fantastic, she walked us through the features of each of the models we were considering before heading out for a test drive. I ended up purchasing an ES 350 in a color they didn't have on their lot, but had delivered to their dealership within 2 days. My actual buying experience was a breeze, no surprises and we were out the door with our new Lexus within 90 minutes. I'm looking forward to the same high level of quality when I come back for service. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a Lexus vehicle. More

Another Excellent Experience with Thompson Lexus!! Let's start off with I was not even looking to purchase another vehicle, but I did!! I received a promotional email from Thompson seeing what they co Let's start off with I was not even looking to purchase another vehicle, but I did!! I received a promotional email from Thompson seeing what they could do to get me to trade in my 2010 Lexus ES 350 which I loved. I responded letting them know that I had no need to trade at this time and was very happy with the last ES 350 they sold me. I also informed them if they could get me into a new Certified Lexus for around the same price and no money down, I would discuss the options. Well, they answered my challenge. Ryan McKinnon, who also sold me my last vehicle, gave me a call. After taking some time to work with my and the finance team, while he was on vacation, we made a deal work. I now have a new 2014 ES 350 that I love!! Thank you to Ryan, Sharon, Kyle and the whole team at Thompson for making me a happy customer.... Again!! More
