I stopped into Thornton to inquire about installing a leveling kit on my 2023 ram truck. I talked to Brian the service advisor and he said that they could do that project for me. We scheduled a date and leveling kit on my 2023 ram truck. I talked to Brian the service advisor and he said that they could do that project for me. We scheduled a date and I drop the truck off and was offered a courtesy shuttle to take me back home because the project was gonna take about 3 1/2 hours. I was picked up at my house and brought back to Thornton when the truck was finished and was handed my invoice which Bryan had quoted me the day I stopped in. I was very happy with the project and the service I received there.. I then went over to the receptionist, whose name was Kathy and she treated me with a very pleasant greeting and smile, (good looking as well). You don’t get that everywhere you go. I paid my invoice and left as a very satisfied and happy customer. I will be back again to have any of my other vehicles service as needed. More
