My fiance and I had a few issues between us at the dealership and they were just not trying to sell us a car but wanted us to make the best decision that we both would be comfortable with. We were even told buy Tim "Yes, we want to sell a car but you both being comfortable with this is more important and if you are then don't do this" Well needless to say, any sales person that is going to tell you they want you to be happy even if it means not buying the car......well what do you say to that??? I could write a short novel regarding the great customer service from Tim and Chuck, but I dont want to leave out the finance people, they were great and quick! Can you say in and out in 1 1/2 hours. My sincere thanks to everyone. We have friends for life and a super economical car (we both work in Maryland) My fiance has the chance to better his credit and it was a great experience.
