Brookside was the first dealership I visited recently when I decided to at least consider trading my last car for something else. I had purchased from them years ago and had a very good experience. Apparently, time has done nothing to change the level of service. I was greeted, immediately, by two people who allowed me to explain my situation at which point Tim was tasked with helping me find something that worked. Tim was very helpful and was willing to show me everything that might work for me. When i found a few things that interested me, i dealt with Wes who, i believe, handles the financing. Wes was also very helpful and explained to me in great detail my options. Once I had enough information I was actually encouraged to take some time to think everything over, and come back if I thought there was something that might work for me.(Not the norm at other dealerships, in my experience) I did some research on my own, thought about everything that was said to me and I bought a 2012 chevy cruze LT that I really like, and am completely satisfied with. Tim and Wes saved me some money and I have a car i continue to be pleasantly surprised by. Outstanding service, good selection, great prices. Can't see why one would go anywhere else.
