About 4 months ago I started the process of looking for a used truck. With this being my first ever truck purchase I was not very knowledgeable regarding trucks. I was very skeptical going to some used car used truck. With this being my first ever truck purchase I was not very knowledgeable regarding trucks. I was very skeptical going to some used car dealerships wondering if I would get a quality used truck at a fair price. I was referred to Brookside Motors by a friend. Initially I sat down with Brad Rodger to discuss the make/model truck that would best suit my needs. At this time I was not very serious about buying a used vehicle but was just exploring my options. However a few weeks ago I was sure I wanted a truck and was positive it would be from Brookside Motors. After missing out on a truck at Brookside that I thought was for me Brad and Jim continued to keep their eyes open for the right truck for me. Jim gave me a call on a saturday afternoon to say "Your truck has arrived to Brookside Motors 2 minutes ago." Immediately I drove to the dealership and fell in love with the truck. During the test drive Jim was very friendly, honest, knowledgable and experienced regarding the features on the truck. Two days later I purchased the vehicle. My experience at Brookside Motors was absolutely awesome. Brad and Jim were very friendly and I felt comfortable asking them questions regarding the truck. There was no pressure they let me take my time because as Jim said "I want to put you in the right truck at the right price that fits your needs and budget." They were very honest and open with me regarding my purchase. They bent over backwards to assist me with any concerns I had. Brad and Jim along with all the staff at Brookside Motors are very professional and truly care about the customer. I would recommend Brookside Motors to anyone I talk to. They welcomed my family into the showroom and kept them busy as I purchased the vehicle. I would like to personally thank Jim and Brad for all of their hard work finding the right truck for me. I will additionally be getting my truck serviced through Brookside Motors as well because I hear they are the best in the business. We pulled into Brookside motors to check out a truck we seen on line, i just couldn't believe How friendly Everyone was. We were welcomed right from the time we got there , Kevin Shiffer Greeted with the most friendly smile n handshake, then i ask about the truck n he immediately Took us to see it, answered all our questions n ask us what we were looking for, n what price range N what payment we could afford , without the pushiness that we experienced at other places , he said Lets take a look , we really fell in love with the truck and thought no way we would be able to get It, but Yep Kevin went over and beyond to make sure we not only got the truck but the payment that We were looking for, The whole time he was never pushy stayed very pleasant , down to earth All the staff too made sure our visit and experience was wonderful. My son and I were shopping the area for a quality used truck to haul our ATV. Our web search kept leading us to Brookside. He's a very personable, non-pushy salesman that has an address book overflowing with happy customers! (And now I know why!). Wes Myers handled the knitty gritty part of the paperwork, and I was impressed with his efforts to obtain the best deal for an extended warranty for us. A couple days after purchasing the vehicle, I had to bring it back to Brookside for the PA annual state inspection and was able to get a taste of what Brookside Motor's Service Dept is like, and I was exceptionally pleased with their thoroughness and attention to detail. Now I know why others rave so much about Brookside. I will be back! More
