The service was great. I wasn't even looking on buying a car that week i was gonna wait a few weeks. Then Tim approached me and told me about the first time buyers program. We went in looking for a truck to pull our camper. They showed us a few trucks that would fit what we wanted and even a few diesel just do see the difference. The treated us fair from the price of the truck to the price of our trade in. The extended warranty is very nice they didn't try to just sale us one to make money they acutely use it there self on there own vehicles. Would defiantly go back for service, to buy another vehicle and will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fair deal and a good sales crew. More

My problems started 1/2 mi down the road after I bought the vehicle. After FOUR trips in THREE weeks!!! and having the Service Department's Mgr "Ed" give me a hard time saying their mistakes were NOT THEIR the vehicle. After FOUR trips in THREE weeks!!! and having the Service Department's Mgr "Ed" give me a hard time saying their mistakes were NOT THEIR FAULT!! and said I could use my extended warrenty (while the truck was still under their DEALERSHIP WARRANTY!) and then PROMISED!!! I would be reimbursed for the money I spent taking my truck to another shop after the THIRD trip to get a second opinion. (GUESS WHAT, NEVER RECEIVED THAT EITHER!!!). Then the FOURTH trip they had my truck for over a week in which they couldn't even get the correct part needed and decided to fix it?? Ohhh, the owner was soooo nice and promised (AFTER I ASKED!!) to extend the dealership warranty for another two weeks since I didn't have my truck for 2 out of the 4 weeks on the warranty. NOW!!! I have only had my truck for 50 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! and it now, AGAIN!!!, haS to go back into the shop for SOMETHING ELSE that is wrong. (WON'T BE TAKING IT BACK TO THIS SHOP!!) I guess that's what I get for buying from a LEMONADE STAND!! More

Spent 8 hours searching for a new van. Started the day at Brookside and then ended at Brookside. Jim was friendly, honest, personable, and not pushy. Bent over backwards to make sure we got a great deal and a great van for our budget without looking down at us for not getting something newer. He kept good contact with us and made sure to get the van serviced in a timely matter. It got detailed and inspected to where everything in the van worked. It's not a Sold-As-Is company. If something needs done or fixed it will be fixed. I've never seen a used car company like this EVER. They make sure you are happy and you drive off the lot with a fully functional vehicle that feels and looks like it's BRAND Spanking NEW. VERY IMPRESSED all around. All the people we had contact with at Brookside from sales to the service dept. were a joy to work with, and very organized. You can see they LOVE what they do and they KNOW what they are doing. Enjoyed this buying experience so much better than any we have ever had in the past. We love our new to us 06 Dodge Caravan. More

We found the exact truck we had been looking for: a 2001 FORD RANGER SUPERCAB XLT (to replace our previous truck which had been "hit and demolished" a few weeks earlier). After weeks of looking and comparing vehicles, we knew it was a pretty fair price they were asking too (however, they still worked with us knowing what insurance had offered us in settlement). Carey was SO organized and KNOWLEDGEABLE, it made the whole process simple! The dealership made sure the truck was serviced & any items needing addressed were. We could tell they took pride in only placing well maintained & serviced vehicles on their lot. They treated us like family, and we were very satisfied. Thanks everyone!
